Annual Scarecrow Festival

​

The Midlothian Downtown Business Association sponsors an annual Scarecrow Festival each fall in October/November. Scarecrows are displayed in Heritage Park with prizes in various categories.

Heritage Day

A weekend long event hosted by the MDBA celebrating the history of Midlothian that will include a BBQ dinner, games and dance.

The Midlothian Market

 

Open air market held in our historic downtown by the Larkin Newton log cabin in Heritage Park. Hosted by MDBA, it provides connections to the community's farmers, producers, and local businesses.

Christmas Decorating Contest

 

Hosted by MDBA, the Downtown Christmas Decorating Contest is open for all downtown Midlothian businesses. Enter the contest by filling out the entry form, then decorate your storefront and/or windows. There was a lot of participation last year and we are hoping to have even more this year!
